Create a life of ease and joy now
So many are dreaming of a life of joy , and ease. A life where things feel easier, where life feels good and we are inspired to create and take action. A life where our thoughts support our dreams.
With the influx of high vibrational energies onto and into our planet our shadow sides and our unhealed or partially healed traumas , wounds and programming that no longer serves us is being pushed up into the light . This is happening for us, so that we can become our true self.
The dilemma
The dilemma that many have, is that with all this reveal of the past and the shadow , we also have a lot of negative , sad news in this world, which naturally increases negative thinking and feelings. Many are feeling depressed and anxious because of what is happening in the world around now. Especially if you are a highly sensitive person and or an empath.
What I have noticed is that people’s thoughts are becoming more and more negative. More focused on the pain, more focused on the fear. Of course this is not on purpose, this is just unfortunately how the human mind has been programmed.
Our thoughts get out of control
What I want to talk about today, that can help us create an instant lift, feeling more joy and ease in our lives . Is our thoughts that we allow to get out of control. It is our thoughts that can impact our emotions, our reality. And what I want to zoom in on, is the thoughts that cause pain. Thoughts that have not been proven to be true at all. We allow our mind to go on a downward spiral of negative or painful thinking of with thoughts that are not true , we create pain, we create fear.
In our busy lives we pay very little attention to our random thoughts or subconscious thoughts. The shortcut to creating instant joy and ease is to become the alert observer of your thoughts . pay attention to those thoughts that are causing discomfort. Ask yourself ; is it true? What is the likelihood of this really happening? Are these thoughts serving me? How are these thoughts serving me? Are these thoughts causing me pain? Does these thoughts feel painful?

You can stop these thoughts , by looking at them, and changing the thinking, You can decide what to focus on instead, what to turn this thought into.
It will take some practice . Because we have created this programming over many years. But just by becoming aware of them, you are taking back your power.
Negative thinking tips;
- Choose wisely. In the morning when you wake up, you can choose who you are going to be that day.
- Be prepared. When you wake up , choose your affirming thoughts for the day. So that when the negative or unwanted thinking steps in, you can immediately change it to the thoughts that you want.
- Gratitude. Just think of everything that you appreciate, the smallest first.
- Meditation. Through meditation we reset the mind. We can clear the mind of all that fear and worries and unwanted and untrue thoughts. Have some guided meditations to go to for when you find yourself at the start of the downward spiral into negative thinking , depression and anxiety.
- You are not your thoughts . This is one thing I find very interesting when observing my thoughts. It’s like this is not part of me, these are just floating past and have absolutely no impact on me at all. And the more you become aware of these thoughts , the more you wonder where on earth they come from. And then as you get better at it, you can pinpoint where they come from. And can change that thought process or pain at its root.
- Pay attention to your emotions. If you suppress your emotions or your dreams , your soul, your inner knowingness, then your thoughts can become very heavy, when the thoughts become heavy, they can become painful.
